THE CROWN PROMISE

I agree to help care for the Traveling Crown while it is in our possession.

I agree to follow the shipping or return instructions provided by Seize the Crown.

I understand that my child will be invited to sign the Crown and write a short note for the next Crown Sister.

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee a specific date or position in the Traveling Crown route. Seize the Crown will contact us when it is getting close to our Crown Sister's turn.

I agree to notify Seize the Crown right away if the Crown is lost, damaged, or cannot be shipped by the expected date.
